When Tom Sanders – a member of our founding family – led our organization, he helped create a culture rooted in three things he thought were incredibly important to our business: people, performance, and relationships.
Pat Ryan has been with Cerris Systems for 15 years, driving key acquisitions and fostering vital relationships with Omaha’s local unions. An advocate for workforce development, Pat ensures our technicians are well-certified and shares his extensive healthcare industry knowledge, contributing greatly to our success. His community involvement, including programs like Local 464’s “Heats-On,” highlights his Caring Heart and selfless nature.
