Cerris Systems was selected to provide the HVAC and plumbing systems and BIM coordination on this project following two rounds of budgeting and a final bid.
Galleria and Dave Wood Elementary School was the first school to be built in the Clark County School District since 2010. Five other schools are also part of the 10-year campaign to build new schools and decongest high enrollment rates in neighboring areas.
