Cerris Systems provided the complete mechanical and plumbing systems scope of work for Hospitality Hall, the first academic building built in 12 years on the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus.
Hospitality Hall is a 96,000-SF building featuring a dedicated central plant for mechanical systems, as well as interactive classrooms, a student-run café, labs, and conference spaces. The fourth floor is dedicated to a student training kitchen.
The building features a partnership with the college’s new medical school and focuses on patient satisfaction, a growing trend in healthcare. It also allows the college to add an additional 500 students to its existing 2,500 undergraduates.
