Cerris Systems provided renovations for the improvement project at the three-story, 37,000-SF Mob Museum in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The project featured the conversion of the basement into a speakeasy with a kitchen and distillery, restored exhibit and retail space, the addition of concrete ramps, and the installation of a grease interceptor with a lift station in the kitchen. The museum was constructed on a slab-on-grade foundation with a steel structural frame. The restoration of the exterior’s historic stone and tile and a TPO roof completed the construction.
Due to CORE Construction’s effective coordination with museum offices during renovations, the Mob Museum improvements project was completed while the museum remained fully operational and without disruption to staff and patrons.
